The Sustainable Rebate & Incentive Assistance (SuRIA) Home Solar Rebate Programme has been introduced to support homeowners in adopting solar energy and achieving greater energy savings over time

Under this programme, eligible homeowners can receive a rebate of RM600 per 1kWac installed, with a maximum rebate of RM3,000 for systems up to 5kWac 💰

Programme Eligibility:

- Malaysian citizens

- Residential homeowners under Domestic tariff

- Solar systems approved under TNB / SEDA Solar ATAP programme

The application period runs from 1 June 2026 until 31 December 2026, or until the allocated 250MW capacity has been fully utilised 📅

With this initiative, more homeowners can take a step towards cleaner energy while reducing their long-term electricity expenses ☀️
